My cooking classes focus on whole food, plant-based eating for healing and prevention of lifestyle diseases. I tailor my teaching to presenting and cooking specific recipes as well as a demonstration of a food-based, natural remedy in each class. You will have a chance to ask nutrition and culinary questions. The food is easy to make, healthy, and delicious. The classes are a lot of fun too!

All recipes are whole foods, plant-based and are free of refined sugars, processed products or GMOs. Ingredients used are organic and locally grown, where possible. I provide many gluten-, oil- and nut-free options as well. Custom classes can be tailored to individuals with specific allergies or health concerns.

There are many store-bought non-dairy alternatives out there already, but they are still filled with questionable ingredients and artificial sweeteners. Join me to discover just how quick and easy it is to make home-made nut, seed and grain milks. The varieties are endless...and so yummy!

kid-friendly meals and treats that are free of the common allergens. Featured recipes will be free of gluten, dairy, nuts, corn, soy, yeast and refined sugar...and kid-approved!
Design Your Own Class
Interested in learning how to make something specific? Have a health concern that limits your food choices? Get a group of
6-8 friends together and pick a theme. This can be done in my kitchen or yours, or even modified for your office, church or community facility for larger groups. Let's coordinate it!
